• Customer Account Details: Your full name, verified email address, phone number, and password hash when you register an account.
• Order and Delivery Data: Shipping addresses, billing details, recipient telephone numbers, and order histories required to dispatch jewellery purchases.
• Payment Data: Transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Appointments & Consultations: Virtual and in-person private viewings booked via Cal.com, collecting your contact details strictly to coordinate consultations.
• Communications: Inquiries, feedback, and support exchanges submitted via email, contact forms, or phone.

When you opt to sign in or create an account using Google Sign-In, we access and process your Google account information in accordance with this dedicated policy:

• Google Data Accessed: We request access strictly to non-sensitive identity scopes: openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile. We receive only your verified email address, full name, profile picture URL, and unique Google account identifier (sub ID). We DO NOT access, read, or request sensitive or restricted data such as your Google Drive files, Gmail messages, Google contacts, calendar entries, location history, or device data.
• How We Use Google Data: Your Google account data is utilized exclusively to create your customer account, authenticate your sign-in on blingbyviya.com and viya.shop, associate your order history, manage saved delivery addresses, and deliver order status updates. We never use Google user data for advertising, profiling, behavioural tracking, or training artificial intelligence models.
• Storage & Security: Google account identifiers and associated customer profiles are stored in our secure, encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted in isolated virtual private cloud (VPC) environments on AWS. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• No Sharing or Sale of Google User Data: Bling By Viya and VIYA Clothing NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or trade Google user data to data brokers, third-party advertisers, or marketing networks. Google user data is not shared with any external parties except essential, secure infrastructure processors under strict confidentiality agreements necessary to run the service.
• Google Limited Use Compliance: Bling By Viya and VIYA Clothing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).
• Revocation & Deletion: You can disconnect your Google Account and revoke access at any time via Google Account Security Settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Furthermore, you may request permanent deletion of your customer account and all associated Google user data by emailing viyawomen@gmail.com. We execute all deletion requests within 30 days.

• To process, package, and deliver your jewellery orders and provide live tracking notifications.
• To maintain and manage your registered customer account and order history.
• To coordinate private jewellery styling consultations and viewings.
• To provide timely customer assistance, defect inspection, and exchange fulfillment.
• To comply with statutory accounting, taxation, and regulatory mandates under Indian law.

We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party marketing companies.

• Essential Session Cookie: A single secure, http-only session cookie is set upon sign-in to authenticate your session. It is protected against script access and is purged upon sign-out.
• Cart & Wishlist Storage: Your shopping bag and saved pieces are stored in your browser’s local storage for your convenience until checkout.
• Zero Advertising Trackers: This website does not employ third-party advertising cookies, invasive tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts.
• Google Fonts: Typefaces are served via Google Fonts to optimize visual fidelity and page performance.

We share data strictly with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services, under written confidentiality safeguards:

• Logistics Partners: Domestic and international couriers (requiring delivery address, name, and phone number for delivery).

We enforce industry-standard technical and organizational security protocols to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.

Order and transaction records are retained for 5 years to fulfill statutory tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements. Customer profile records are maintained until an account deletion request is received.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, review, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw previously granted consent.
